I do not answer questions about tracking. If the tracking status isn't updating, please click the link to visit the shipping courier's direct site or tracking page. Sometimes there may be syncing issues and you'll get a more detailed update there!

‚ú®Order Cancellations‚ú®
For Way of the Panda Tarot Decks & Sparkly Lenormand - you will *NOT* be able to cancel once you've placed your order! I ship through a fulfilment centre and once you've placed the order, it is automatically submitted to the fulfilment centre. Once the order is submitted and processed by the fulfilment centre, I won't be able to cancel it in time.

For Spread Machine Cards + Oracle, I am still fulfilling these decks by myself and I ship these out weekly. If you've changed your mind, make sure to contact me ASAP. I will be cancel your order for you if it hasn't been shipped out.

Digital downloads

Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

Shipping

Spread Machine Series is shipped from Canada - all Canadian-bound parcels are delivered through Canada Post. US-bound parcels are delivered through USPS or UPS ground. Everywhere else in the world: Asendia or Chit Chats International Shipping Standard.

Way of the Panda Tarot decks + Sparkly Lenormand are shipped through a fulfilment centre located in the US and will be shipped from the United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 2 days.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

I only offer refunds if your order is returned with the deck itself still sealed and shrink-wrapped. You can return the deck to sender and once it's been returned, I'll be able to issue a refund for you.

Please note that the decks you purchase from Fables Den will likely be subject to taxes. Since I have a fulfilment centre/warehouse in California, US - I am legally required to collect taxes. VAT is also automatically collected by Etsy.
